On a certain winter day, just after New Year's, the sound of hacking coughs echoed through every corner of HAMA House.

EMERGENCY! A pandemic has struck HAMA House!

Every Ward Mayor, except for the Chief, Toi, Akuta, Nagi, and Netaro, has caught it!
Following Nagi’s plan, the five of them launch a nursing operation.

Before they get to work, they split into three teams: Supply Team, Meal Distribution Team, and Laundry Collection Team.

Meanwhile, Akuta secretly consults Toi for advice.
He shows him a sacred ‘Shimenawa’ rope that had been snapped in two, and it seems like it has lost its spiritual power.

Could this pandemic be more than just a simple cold?
Through the cold wind howling through the streets of HAMA, a spiritual presence begins to stir…
