A lot of crashouts and tears... Oh drunk Yodaka was brutal by the way, thank you Nirisama for taking on the role of translating his part in the Izakaya arc.

Netaro's character development throughout these two years was so beautifully highlighted in this feature event. I cried soooo many times while reading it, and every time I went through track 12 specifically, I would crash out LMAO THE FLASHBACKS WERE BRUTAL HOLYYYY anyways. His story and character really resonated with me from the very start, so seeing the result of his learning being all put out here got me really emotional (that scene where he was in the fire realizing how he didn't continue what he was gonna say to the girl's mom...) His growth was shown really quietly after the main story, but you could see it happening through all the little details in his cards, events, and novels. Seeing all the references and flashbacks (wow kung foo man is loved i cried) made me sooooooo happy.
Since this is also officially the last feature event before the KOBE arc (looks at Suisei), it's the closing page for season 1. I'm excited to see Suisei again and watch how things play out (IF SUISEI FINDS OUT NETARO IS UMMM "BAD KID," BUT HE'S NOT BRO SPARE THAT LITTLE GUY). 18trip's writing for feature events has been insane from the very start, and they didn't disappoint with this one either! I'll keep this event and their duo song close to my heart THIS EVENT WAS SO PEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
